Maybe you’ve tried therapy in the past and found it helpful. But when it came down to talking about your eating issues, you felt like the therapist didn’t really get it.  

 

Maybe you’ve been to a nutritionist before, but when it came down to understanding why you couldn’t stay away from sugar, you were both at a loss.

 

I’m not going to prescribe a rigid eating plan and tell you how many calories you’re allowed to eat. I am, however, going to get really curious with you about how what you eat affects your body and your spirit. And we’ll work on understanding cravings from both a physiological and emotional perspective so that you’re no longer being controlled by them.

 

And equally importantly, let’s work together to understand all the feelings, judgements, and beliefs you have that drive you to eat even when you’re not hungry.  


I can teach you how to get physically and mentally healthy in a clear and sane way that feels relaxed, sustainable, and true to your body’s needs. Calming down your eating and getting to your natural weight is absolutely possible.
